Shipping Carriers

We utilize a variety of reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after the cutoff time 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery Time Formula: Handling Time + Transit Time

Tracking Details: Once your order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

Personalized Orders

For personalized or modified orders, please allow additional time for customization. The duration will vary based on the complexity of the request.

Order Tracking

After receiving an order confirmation email, processing will take 1-2 business days. You will then receive a notification with tracking information.

Note: Tracking details may take 3-7 days to appear in the carrier’s system. If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Contact us if your order exceeds the estimated arrival date.

Incorrect Address

It is crucial to provide accurate shipping information during checkout.

• Incorrect or missing address details may delay your order.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to the sender.
• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be disposed of by our shipping partners.
• Re-shipping fees will apply to resend items.

Note: We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage if you request a carrier to forward or redirect your package.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@riotogocom. Please include the following information in your return request:

+ Proof of purchase (Order information Screenshot)
+ Reasons for return
+ To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

Once we received and confirmed your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 14 days. Please note that, relying on your bank or credit card company will take another 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange damaged, wrong products, wrong size, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@riotogo.com.com

– Customers do not need to pay the return shipping cost for defective products.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will be issued within 14 days and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable, depending on the processing status of the production department.

Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss. Thanks for your kind understanding.

Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, production will only commence once payment is confirmed.

To finalize your purchase, simply click the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button. This will redirect you to a secure payment processor where you can complete the transaction with either your credit card or PayPal account. All payments are processed securely via PayPal, and your credit card statement will reflect the charge under PayPal.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, whether it is PayPal or a credit/debit card.
